About This Role
- Act as primary contact to research, address, and resolve customer support cases for Guidewire Cloud Platform, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Document and maintain technical knowledge base including troubleshooting guides and runbooks to support issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle complex system integration and configuration issues, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years experience working directly with customers or internal partners; B2B software support experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, Kubernetes; knowledge of Bash scripts and Terraform is a plus.
- Proficiency in Japanese language with JLPT certification and experience working with Japanese clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting Java web applications in production and familiar with software development lifecycle and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
- Strong networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, load balancing) and cloud architecture understanding.
- Operates effectively in hybrid, cross-functional teams and demonstrates strong technical communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
