About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Airtel store ensuring compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising, financial targets, and security measures to meet store revenue and cost objectives.
- Lead retail staff, driving customer experience improvements, training, and performance management while coordinating with internal departments for integrated operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM optional.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in retail business operations role.
- Location: Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
- Proficiency in retail operations and sales & marketing techniques; basic MS Office knowledge required.

- Experienced in managing retail store operations with accountability for P&L and customer experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing retail teams to achieve sales and service targets.
