About This Role
- Develop and implement Americas Pack Out Services category strategies to achieve cost savings, cash flow, and growth targets.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and manage complex supplier relationships including support for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.
- Drive procurement best practices and process improvements using data analysis to solve sourcing and supply challenges such as dual-sourcing and specialized agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher completed prior to start.
- 7+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Experience working with third-party manufacturing environments and strong negotiation and contracting skills.
- Location requirement: Bangalore (Hebbal), Hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships including Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and implement category strategies in procurement or supply chain.
- Comfortable with business analytics, financial acumen, and applying data-driven solutions for cost and process improvements.
