Experienced technical leader with proven ability to mentor teams and enforce development best practices in ServiceNow environments.
Deep domain expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities, including AI and automation features.
Comfortable working closely with diverse stakeholders including architects, product owners, and business teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
