About This Role
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications in complex customized environments.
- Lead automated regression testing initiatives using PeopleSoft Test Framework, including installing, configuring, and executing automated test cases.
- Collaborate with functional, QA, and business teams to deliver technical solutions, resolve defects, and support release validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or support projects.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) across at least 2 projects.
- Deep technical proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQL, and migration tools.
- Ability to work overlapping US customer hours, up to 11:00 PM IST.

- Experienced professional with strong technical ownership in large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM environments involving customization and upgrades.
- Proven ability to drive automation and regression testing frameworks end-to-end in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with US time zones and supporting production or release activities.
