Ability to work overlapping US customer hours, up to 11:00 PM IST.
Experienced professional with strong technical ownership in large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM environments involving customization and upgrades.
Proven ability to drive automation and regression testing frameworks end-to-end in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with US time zones and supporting production or release activities.
