Niche senior LLM+IDP role at a mid-tier employer in Chennai limits applicant density.
Highly domain-specific regulated document-processing and LLM agent skills reduce cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 8+ years plus mandatory LLM, IDP, Bedrock, and Python requirements create very strict shortlisting.
Build and deploy AI agents on AWS Bedrock for regulated/semi-regulated document-related workflows, ensuring reliable replacements for manual processes without brittle automation.
Own and maintain document-processing pipelines including integration of third-party extraction tools, tuned for accuracy and compliance with audit trail requirements.
Develop Fargate-based services with event-driven patterns, integrate with Microsoft Teams via Graph API, and ensure agent outputs meet defined KPIs for accuracy and turnaround time.
8+ years software engineering experience with at least 3 years in building LLM-based applications including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
4+ years experience in document processing/OCR/IDP including hands-on with AWS Textract or equivalent and Azure Document Intelligence.
Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock APIs, Python, event-driven service patterns (SQS/SNS), and service deployment on Fargate.
Preferred experience with financial services or regulated document handling; domain process expertise is not mandatory as training is provided.
Experienced in engineering AI agents that operate within regulated or compliance-sensitive environments with strong focus on reliability and auditability.
Proficient in building scalable and portable cloud-native services (AWS Fargate) integrating event-driven architectures and API integrations for workflow orchestration.
Strong background in Intelligent Document Processing workflows combined with LLM application development enables successful ownership of end-to-end agent-driven document processing systems.
