About This Role
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture across AWS and Microsoft environments, ensuring solutions are consistent, secure, and scalable.
- Set and enforce integration standards for Microsoft Graph API/Teams delivery channels across chatbot, translation, and document-processing services.
- Represent technical architecture in governance forums and define non-functional requirements like security, data residency, and disaster recovery in multi-site delivery models.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture including 3+ years designing GenAI/agentic systems in production.
- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agent Core, Amazon Nova, Fargate, and event-driven architectures (SNS/SQS).
- Experience designing architectures spanning both AWS and Azure in a single environment.
- Regulated industry experience strongly preferred; understands regulatory constraints on automation vs human ownership.

- Demonstrated ability to act as a single architectural authority across multiple parallel teams under aggressive delivery timelines.
- Experience implementing architecture governance frameworks in complex, multi-cloud environments.
