About This Role
- Set strategic priorities and manage team focus across AI Enablement and AI Experiments, ensuring measurable organizational progress.
- Serve as primary liaison to internal business teams to translate workflows and pain points into technical actions; collaborate with product teams on AI exploration aligned with product direction.
- Lead team operations including resource allocation, project evaluation, technology roadmap decisions, AI governance, and AI infrastructure cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years experience in technical product management, engineering management, or similar leadership roles in AI/ML or data-driven product development.
- Advanced proficiency in Python; strong understanding of LLM-based systems and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sci-Kit Learn.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure for AI deployment and scaling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or closely related discipline.
