About This Role
- Provide 24x7x365 monitoring and operational support for on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure ensuring high availability and stability.
- Proactively detect and respond to performance issues and incidents using monitoring tools and ITSM systems; manage P1/P2 incident escalations and coordinate with platform teams.
- Maintain incident documentation, generate utilization and capacity reports, and participate in war-room/bridge calls during critical incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in NOC/TOC/Infrastructure Monitoring.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Experience with Windows & Linux system administration, Bash/Python scripting, network fundamentals, virtualization (VMware/EC2), and AWS cloud basics.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios XI, and Logic Monitor; flexibility for rotational shifts.
