About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Supply Chain application projects globally, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and enterprise standards.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives by managing cross-functional internal teams and external vendors, including risk and budget management.
- Oversee project governance, executive communications, and contribute to Supply Chain transformation roadmaps in a matrixed environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management, program or delivery management for complex enterprise application projects in global contexts.
- Hands-on experience with Supply Chain application landscapes, including planning, fulfillment, and traceability domains.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Business-fluent English and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing global Supply Chain application projects within matrixed and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies, with expertise in governance, stakeholder management, vendor relations, and application lifecycle management.
- Preferably has background in healthcare or life sciences industry and comfortable engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders internationally.
