About This Role
- Lead development of complex user interfaces for Android Automotive OS using Jetpack Compose.
- Drive MVVM architectural pattern adoption and best practices within the UI team.
- Design and implement UI testing strategies, optimize UI performance, and mentor junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of Android application development experience focusing on UI with Jetpack Compose.
- Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, StateFlow/SharedFlow), Kotlin and Coroutines.
- Experience in UI testing with JUnit, Espresso, and Compose testing frameworks.
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week onsite in office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Android UI developer with deep technical knowledge of Jetpack Compose and MVVM.
- Capable of leadership in adopting architectural best practices and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI design and product teams to align technical feasibility and user experience.
