About This Role
- Lead development of enterprise architecture strategies focused on digital experience, customer data, and AI transformation with executive stakeholders.
- Build scalable, secure architectures connecting Adobe Experience Cloud, customer data, AI capabilities, and major cloud platforms to drive innovation and business value.
- Drive governance, alignment, and relationships across business and technology teams, serving as trusted advisor influencing enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
- Expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), API-first architectures, and cloud-native solutions on platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience in AI-enabled customer experiences, including concepts like large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI.
- Ability to communicate and influence at executive levels across diverse technical and business stakeholders.

- Experienced in crafting multi-year architecture roadmaps aligning technology investments with strategic business outcomes.
- Skilled at driving alignment across marketing, technology, data, and product teams in enterprise-scale digital and AI transformations.
