About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for NeoDove's CRM platform.
- Collaborate with backend, product managers, and functional heads to integrate APIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize app performance, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with emerging mobile technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Flutter SDK, Dart, mobile development best practices, RESTful APIs, and state management in Flutter.
- Experience deploying mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years; Preferred immediate joining (notice period: immediately preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Flutter developer with strong technical skills in state management and API integrations within mobile SaaS solutions, especially CRM.
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with mobile deployment processes (iOS and Android) and experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services like Firebase preferred.
