Flexibility to work monthly rotational shifts between 11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST and 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST.
Experienced in troubleshooting and maintaining complex integration interfaces involving webMethods and SAP IDOCs with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, webMethods administrators, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently on multiple priorities with strong focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
