About This Role
- Design and deliver functional and non-functional AI-driven product features for Cisco Secure Access cloud platform.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams promoting best practices and execution excellence.
- Lead technology direction and key decisions partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, high-performance cloud services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 15+ years experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience building cloud-delivered SaaS security solutions with Go, Java, and Python skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools/frameworks/methodologies and proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable, reliable backend cloud systems at enterprise scale within the security domain.
- Experience in AI-driven product development and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred).
- Strong engineering leadership with deep technical architectural skills and agile delivery expertise in high-growth environments.
