About This Role
- Lead manual and automated testing across the full software development lifecycle to ensure release quality and timelines.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain API and performance test scripts (JMeter) and UI automation (Playwright with TypeScript) including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to estimate QA efforts, review designs, validate data with SQL, and communicate quality risks and status.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional QA/Test Engineering experience including manual and automation testing.
- Proficient with API Testing and Performance Testing using JMeter, and UI automation using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining reusable automation frameworks and performance testing suites with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working independently with ownership of QA activities and proactive risk identification in Agile teams.
- Familiar with CI/CD practices (preferably Azure DevOps), test management tools (JIRA), and cross-functional collaboration including UAT and release readiness.
