About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent implementations and customer onboarding for the AllCloud enterprise SaaS lending platform.
- Drive integrations with customer systems and third-party fintech services ensuring security, data, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead training, go-live execution, ongoing stabilization, and manage implementation teams and governance to ensure timely, quality customer outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years total experience with substantial implementation/onboarding for enterprise/B2B SaaS products, preferably in fintech or BFSI.
- Proven experience leading multi-module software onboarding and go-lives in lending, banking, NBFC, or related BFSI sectors.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS integrations (APIs, webhooks, SSO) and conducting workshops with CXO and IT/operations stakeholders at financial institutions.
- Must be located in or willing to work onsite/hybrid in Hyderabad; willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous SaaS implementations with a high degree of operational ownership and risk management.
- Deep familiarity with lending domain processes (loan origination, servicing, collections) and regulatory environment in India.
- Comfortable working closely with Engineering and Product teams in a product-focused company rather than a pure services delivery setup.
