About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex Guidewire programs involving multiple lines of business or multiple streams, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and financial targets.
- Serve as primary delivery interface for customers, lead client governance forums, and build trusted relationships with client leadership.
- Manage financials including P&L, budgets, margins, and identify growth opportunities; lead cross-functional onshore/offshore teams with focus on delivery discipline and stakeholder alignment, including GenAI use case implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT delivery/program management, specifically with Guidewire engagements covering AMS, Cloud upgrades, Green Field Cloud implementations, migrations, or testing programs.
- Hands-on exposure to applied Generative AI including POC leadership or implementation oversight.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing multi-disciple, multi-LOB Guidewire programs with financial governance responsibility.
