About This Role
- Oversee the entire trade lifecycle of structured notes issued by Morgan Stanley’s EMEA Transaction Management Group, including issuance, documentation, settlement, and risk monitoring.
- Perform deal reviews to ensure trade parameters align with documented agreements; manage trade approvals, resolve trade breaks and reconciliation issues promptly.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency initiatives within trade support workflows, coordinating with Sales, Trading, COO, and Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or CA qualification with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with structured products; derivatives, repackagings, or securitisations experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of equity or other asset-linked structured notes, warrants, certificates, and trade lifecycles preferred.
- Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with automation tools and process improvements highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has a deep understanding of structured products trade lifecycle and operational risk controls in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Capable of managing complex internal stakeholder relationships across Sales, Trading, COO, and Operations for trade settlement resolution.
- Demonstrates experience leading automation or process optimization projects to reduce manual interventions and enhance efficiency.
