Flexible to work in shifts and extended working hours; strong proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
Experienced in handling complex queries and process expertise in security services and financial instruments.
Capable of building strong stakeholder relationships and leading process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk control.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
