Strong communication skills and experience in client interactions during workshops and implementation phases.
Experienced functional consultant with demonstrated delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions in advisory or consulting roles.
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight and comfortable in client-facing scenarios involving requirement gathering and solution design.
Proficient in MS Excel and has a mindset aligned with diversity and equality principles.
