About This Role
- Lead the engineering team responsible for core credit systems (Margin Notification Engine, Loan Booking System), focusing on data accuracy, system reliability, and architectural integrity.
- Drive long-term architectural improvements and technical debt resolution while balancing product feature delivery.
- Manage people, mentoring senior engineers, overseeing hiring, performance cycles, and aligning with stakeholders for lean execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on people management experience including performance management and hiring.
- Strong backend engineering skills with primary proficiency in Python.
- Experience making pragmatic technical decisions on scope and feature trade-offs.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in people management, technical experience in backend systems; domain experience in fintech/credit preferred but not mandatory.
