About This Role
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform functionality and quality.
- Validate and support CMDB data quality, Asset Management, Compliance, Auditing, Security Controls, and third-party integrations including impact assessment for ServiceNow upgrades and clone activities.
- Drive quality engineering initiatives including defect management, test planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of QE processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform testing and quality assurance processes.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, Asset Management, Compliance, and integration testing using REST APIs/SOAP/Integration Hub.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently driving ServiceNow quality engineering initiatives and establishing testing best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to manage defects and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with upgrade and clone activities within ServiceNow, with capability to work closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
