Strong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, Asset Management, Compliance, and integration testing using REST APIs/SOAP/Integration Hub.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experienced in independently driving ServiceNow quality engineering initiatives and establishing testing best practices.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to manage defects and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with upgrade and clone activities within ServiceNow, with capability to work closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
