Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in HR Analytics with relevant technical skills.
Experienced in building and managing end-to-end HR analytics dashboards and workforce reporting tools with automation expertise.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project execution and data insights.
Strong analytical background with proven ability to deliver executive-level reports and data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced financial services or IT services environment.
