About This Role
- Design and develop scalable Python backend services and microservices ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Lead fullstack application development integrating React frontends with Python backends and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of software development experience including substantial Python backend and microservices expertise.
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks Django, Flask, or FastAPI; experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end fullstack projects with both frontend (React) and backend (Python, microservices).
- Strong hands-on skills in Python backend development, microservices design, container orchestration, and CI/CD implementation.
- Familiarity with secondary backend language Golang, automated testing (PyTest), and working knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps-related certifications is advantageous.
