Familiarity with SAP PM, Fiori, Maximo, Spares Finder, Spotfire, Celonis, SNOW, Informatica, SQL is advantageous; Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in maintenance master data management and operational leadership in an international, multi-layered environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations; experience with cross-cultural and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing risk, driving process standardization, and supporting change management in complex business settings.
