Experienced in supporting enterprise Digital Signage and UCC technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Amazon Connect.
Capable of handling configuration, optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting of collaboration and signage platforms with strong technical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment with specified shift timings and delivering technical documentation and project support in a global corporate setting.
