About This Role
- Own and define enterprise architecture and reference patterns for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions integrated with low-code/RPA/BPM platforms.
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of AI initiatives including agent orchestration, model integration, and operational facilitation.
- Drive adoption through stakeholder communication, UAT/model validation, and rollout of AI-enabled products and features with business and technical teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of IT experience including Enterprise Architecture, BPM/low-code automation, and hands-on Generative AI/Agentic AI solution delivery.
- Experience designing large-scale, scalable AI and business process solutions with orchestration frameworks (e.g., AWS Agent Core, LangChain) and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle phases, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and integration of AI agents with BPM workflows and enterprise data.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

- Experienced in strategizing AI adoption in business contexts, facilitating enterprise architecture plans with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Effective communicator who can translate complex AI/ML concepts to technical teams and business stakeholders to drive buy-in and implementation.
