Experienced in delivering complex analytics solutions autonomously within business intelligence teams using modern tools and frameworks.
Strong technical leadership skills with capability to guide and develop junior team members and lead multiple projects concurrently.
Customer-focused with capability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable analytics solutions and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
