Experienced in supporting complex, multi-asset class financial trading applications and able to work across front office and back office workflows.
Strong operational focus with ability to handle high-stakes incidents, perform detailed root cause analysis, and collaborate across infrastructure, development, and business teams.
Familiar with ITIL practices and skilled in applying structured incident, problem, and change management within a critical production environment.
