About This Role
- Identify, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare participants (physicians, patients, caregivers, payers) for market research studies (interviews, focus groups, advisory boards, surveys).
- Verify participant eligibility and credentials following HIPAA, GDPR, and study compliance requirements.
- Manage recruitment records, coordinate schedules, communicate with respondents, and support project managers to meet recruitment timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, market research, healthcare, customer service, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive health information in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and study-specific requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 1–3 years in relevant fields.
