About This Role
- Own end-to-end supplier identification, evaluation, and selection for Customised Solutions & Automation Components including contract negotiations focused on quality, cost, and timelines.
- Plan and oversee technical integration of automation solutions on Project Shopfloor coordinating with Project Management to ensure safety and on-time installation.
- Lead initiatives to automate sourcing and procurement processes; manage project timelines, budget tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to ensure compliance and deliverable quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
- 12 to 14 years of extensive experience in Purchase, Sourcing, Project Management and Integration of Special Purpose Machines and Automation Solutions, particularly for tightening applications.
- Work Location: Pune, India, On-site required.
- Work Experience Required: 12-14 years in relevant fields stated above.

- Experienced in handling complex procurement and vendor development for automation and specialized machinery.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills dealing with Sales, Marketing, EXIM, Logistics, and Finance stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing technical integrations and project timelines in automation and special purpose machine environments.
