About This Role
- Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects across multiple modules including Leasing, Finance, Billing, Facilities, Collections, Deals, Fixed Assets, and Unit Sales.
- Provide functional consulting, client-specific solution design, documentation, training, and ongoing support for real estate clients using Yardi Voyager.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with Yardi support to resolve issues, with onsite work required in the Middle East as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant with hands-on knowledge of core functional modules.
- Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain and understanding of financials, leasing, property and asset management workflows.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel within Middle East region as required.

- Experienced functional consultant with prior Yardi Voyager implementation expertise and client-facing consulting skills.
- Skilled in business analysis, documentation, training delivery, and managing multi-module real estate software projects.
- Able to operate effectively in global client environments requiring onsite presence in Middle East and cross-cultural communication.
