About This Role
- Lead Functional QA and Test Automation for applications using Java/C# and tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Develop and integrate GenAI, LLM, and AI solutions to automate and optimize test workflows and improve delivery speed and quality.
- Design and embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across QA, Engineering, and Business teams to enforce quality engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in software or quality engineering, including 6+ years in Automation Testing with Selenium, Playwright, and related frameworks.
- 4+ years experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, RPC).
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or C# with good object-oriented programming fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex QA automation within technology-driven financial or payments environments (financial services domain experience is a plus).
- Comfortable integrating and optimizing AI tools (GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI) into testing and quality workflows to improve automation and delivery outcomes.
- Operates with a strong technical foundation in testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and software architecture, suitable for leading quality engineering initiatives in a large fintech organization.
