Strong technical depth in at least one engineering discipline with broad knowledge across others (T-shaped skill set).
Experienced in dual-leadership or matrix models partnering closely with Product Owners (PO + EL pairing).
Comfortable managing teams across multiple geographies and collaborating with cross-site teams in an equal partnership model.
