About This Role
- Lead full lifecycle execution of complex Grid Automation NPI projects including system engineering, testing, and delivery to internal and external customers.
- Manage project financial performance, contract integrity, risk, and crisis, ensuring alignment with business goals and strict scope control.
- Coordinate cross-functional and global teams, ensuring compliance with governance, quality, safety standards, and reporting to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects in systems engineering, telecommunications or equivalent.
- PMP or equivalent professional certification mandatory.
- Fluent English required.
