Experience with firmware for motor management products, control systems, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP, CAN/CANopen, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET/Profibus).
Experienced technical leader with a background in embedded firmware architecture and development for motor control or industrial automation products.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary and global engineering teams including Firmware, Systems, Hardware, Cybersecurity, and Verification & Validation.
Strong expertise in motor protection algorithms, firmware risk management, cybersecurity best practices, and managing hardware/software integration in industrial environments.
