Experienced in managing complex customer environments requiring deep cybersecurity and application security knowledge with a focus on automated workflow improvements.
Skilled in stakeholder management from C-level execs to technical teams, capable of aligning product capabilities with diverse customer needs and building long-term relationships.
Proficient in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to drive customer retention, value realization, and feedback loops for product improvement.
