About This Role
- Ensure distribution of goods meets minimum inventory and forecast consumption levels at SKU level across all locations.
- Optimize inventory control, maintain adequate stock for all channels, and manage orders to prevent stockouts or surplus.
- Analyze inventory data including slow-moving stock, coordinate stakeholders for liquidation, and report stock and issues to upper management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 - 9 years experience in manufacturing setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Postgraduate in Management studies, preferably from tier 1 institutes (NITIE, IIM, SP Jain).
- Good understanding of S&OP processes, statistics, supply chain drivers, inventory management, production operations, and ERP systems.
- Work Experience Required: 5 - 9 years in manufacturing environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing teams with focus on goal setting, performance, and delivery in supply chain or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by expertise in inventory analysis such as SLOB and inventory norm governance.
- Proficient in tracking and optimizing key metrics like order fill rate, budget adherence, and freight costs to meet operational targets.
