About This Role
- Lead functional solutioning and delivery for Guidewire Suite applications focusing on claims management (ClaimCenter) within Property & Casualty insurance sector.
- Manage and optimize ITIL processes including incident and problem management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of Guidewire implementations and managed services.
- Mentor and upskill junior team members, develop client relationships, and contribute strategically to application evolution services (AES) and future enhancements discussions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years) required.
- Expertise in Guidewire Suite applications, particularly ClaimCenter; working knowledge of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager.
- Experience managing ITIL processes relevant to application support and delivery, including incident, problem, and SLA tracking.
- Work Location: India with hybrid working model; No travel explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Guidewire functional lead with ability to strategically advise clients and manage complex engagements in Property & Casualty insurance domain.
- Strong skills in client relationship management and solution strategy in managed services / application evolution services environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, handling escalations, and thought leadership including developing proposals, whitepapers, and training materials.
