Qualification: CA, CA Intermediate, ICWA, or MBA in Finance.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant finance/accounting roles.
Experience with Oracle ERP and financial accounting systems is preferred.
Must be able to communicate directly with senior business partners.
Experienced in managing mid-sized teams with hands-on expertise in inventory accounting and cross-functional collaboration with product, logistics, and finance teams.
Comfortable working in global financial system environments and handling complex accounting activities such as rebates, royalties, and intercompany transactions.
Strong business acumen with ability to present financial risks/opportunities to senior leadership and drive process improvements.
