About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash operations including billing processes, cash application, and cash flow management.
- Analyze operational data and reconcile transactions to optimize working capital and ensure real-time visibility of revenue.
- Design and configure processes and technology for creating, issuing customer invoices, and tracking receivables.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash operations and billing processing.
- Educational qualifications: BCom, Undergraduate, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Primary skill: Billing Processing - P3 level.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as per role requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing moderately complex financial operational problems and implementing new or adapted solutions.
- Capable of managing small teams or work efforts independently with limited supervision.
- Familiar with cash application processes including unapplied cash application and reconciliation of suspense accounts.
