About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide cost optimization and productivity transformation programs partnering with senior business leaders and C-suite executives.
- Drive structural cost reduction, SG&A optimization, and redesign operating models using diagnostics, benchmarking, analytics, and financial modeling.
- Embed AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital solutions into transformation initiatives and manage large cross-functional workstreams and governance forums.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in strategy consulting, operations consulting, enterprise transformation, cost optimization, productivity improvement, or operating model design/transformation.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and managing complex transformation programs.
- Graduate degree required.
- Work Experience Required: 10–15+ years (explicitly stated).
