About This Role
- Support and execute strategic growth and business transformation initiatives to enable sustainable business growth.
- Manage governance activities including leadership reporting, business reviews, operational metrics, and risk tracking across programs.
- Develop dashboards, financial tracking, workforce planning coordination, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in business operations, program or project management, strategy, or related functions required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with leadership teams and multiple stakeholders mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools required.

- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex governance and reporting processes.
- Proven ability in workforce planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting.
- Skilled in driving process improvement, automation, and preparing executive-level communications and presentations.
