About This Role
- Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and improve operational effectiveness across Reinvention Services.
- Drive business planning, performance tracking, executive reporting, and governance frameworks for key business priorities.
- Partner across Finance, HR, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and Operations to manage cross-functional programs and deliver data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Transformation, or PMO roles.
- Proven experience managing complex business programs and strategic initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving cross-functional growth and operational excellence programs in large organizations.
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships and coaching junior team members.
- Skilled in data analytics, financial/commercial acumen, and developing executive-level presentations and recommendations.
