About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of semiconductor IP and foundry programs including planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure alignment of roadmap commitments with customer expectations.
- Manage program schedules, risks, dependencies, and communication including executive and customer reviews and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in semiconductor or EDA industries.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor IP development lifecycle and design flows.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholder communications.
