About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical leadership for critical applications or platform capabilities, including architecture, delivery quality, production stability, and modernization.
- Lead design and architecture decisions ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and align with business priorities.
- Provide hands-on Java full-stack development, drive engineering excellence, mentor engineers, and influence global teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, IBM MQ, and related frameworks.
- 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale applications and leading technical decisions with end-to-end ownership.
- Proficient in microservices, React/Angular, Kubernetes, cloud-ready app development, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
