About This Role
- Lead rapid experimentation and evaluation of emerging AI tools and technologies to generate client-ready insights and internal knowledge.
- Design experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics, document outcomes, and support technical demos and deep dive sessions.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions including building agents with frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and implement automated testing pipelines for model performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Strong skills in Python programming and experience deploying machine learning workloads to cloud platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fine-tuning large language models using Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning techniques (e.g., LoRa) and knowledgeable in model optimization methods such as quantization and distillation.
- Familiar with AI agent frameworks and observability tools like LangGraph and Langfuse, and comfortable using Databricks.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment with strong technical ownership and ability to mentor junior team members.
