Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Experienced in end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management system support and process optimization in regulated environments, especially pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
Able to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder communications and perform root cause analysis with preventive action implementation.
Skilled in driving system enhancements, compliance readiness, and performance management aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
