About This Role
- Own monthly general ledger activities including accruals, intangible assets accounting, lease accounting, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial record-keeping adhering to scheduled close calendar deadlines.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required reports, reconciliations, and complying with internal controls within an MNC environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in accounting with exposure to general ledger functions.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification.
- Experience with Oracle R12; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of IFRS & Indian Accounting Standards preferred; familiarity with internal controls in MNC needed.

- Experienced in managing complex accounting operations within multinational corporations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Capable of handling end-to-end accounting processes including leases, intangibles, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- Proficient in financial systems such as Oracle R12 and analytical in approach to support audit and taxation activities effectively.
